I am also Service Lead for the Diabetes Psychotherapy Service at the Royal United Hospitals Bath Foundation Trust, running psychotherapy clinics for patients; patient education groups, and training to medical staff. I have an in depth speciality in the psychological impact of diabetes, and the psychotherapeutic techniques and theories which best inform improving patient wellbeing and outcomes. My thesis was on this subject.
